Evolvability in Business

Hello and welcome to this roundtable with author Zhen Goh.
Her new book is called Evolvability in Business: Enterprise Transformation in an Age of Complexity.
The book provides a basis for new thinking and framing that will enable enterprises across industries and sectors to deal with accelerating change and uncertainty… and as entrepreneurs we realize dealing with change and uncertainty is an important skill… hence the invitation to Zhen, so let’s dive in the discussion.
The book thesis is or it advocates  - through the unique combination of evolutionary biology and management theory applied to business cases, and keeping in mind -  that organizations are fundamentally human systems, they propose organizational evolvability as a new frame to guide enterprise transformation and change.
